I incorporate many creative and holistic modalities into my approach. Therapy at its best is an integral part of one's life journey, providing a rich opportunity to acknowledge and develop inner resources, whether or not one is in a current crisis. I see my role as a collaborative one, as therapy best empowers when it is truly a joint, co-creative effort. While I specialize in Women's Issues, I work with both men and women in the following areas: *Life Transitions *Stress Management *Alleviating Anxiety and Depression *Enhancing Focus, Clarity Creativity and Confidence *Health and Habit Concerns.

My style is flexible and eclectic, and I tailor my work to each individual. I practice a Mind/Body/Spirit approach, utilizing any or all of the following modalities: *Verbal Psychotherapy *Art Psychotherapy (no art ability required!) *Hypnotherapy (ASCH Approved Consultant) *Imagery *EMDR *Energy Psychology (i.e., EFT)

My 30+ years of experience are within a variety of settings, including clinical, educational and corporate. I advocate fostering creativity as a life-affirming resource, one that enhances authenticity in being and living.
