For over twenty years I have worked with adults and adolescents in the Brattleboro area, helping them to make positive choices and changes in their lives. Using warmth, humor and honesty, I have helped my clients navigate through difficult life changes. I teach effective strategies to reduce and manage stress, anxiety and depression.

Often before beginning work with me, a client feels overwhelmed and hopeless and stuck. My office, with a beautiful view of the river, is a safe, confidential place to clarify your problems, address them and move forward. We will work as a team and at a pace you are comfortable with.
