Life happens...and not always as we hope or plan. Stress can stem from life transitions, grief/loss, interpersonal relationships to past trauma. We may struggle with depression or anxiety, or perhaps it's just a general sense of "unease" that is difficult to explain...things look fine on the outside, but just don't feel right on the inside. I work in partnership with my clients to help them find more ease with the process of being human. In an atmosphere that values curiosity over judgment, we will build upon current strengths while developing new pathways for healing and growth.

Together we will explore habitual thought patterns that influence feelings and behavior. Through the use of mindfulness-based practices, we will include the wisdom of the body as a source of information. We will also cultivate a relationship with our intuitive nature to help restore a greater sense of self-trust.

My practice is informed by many years of both personal exploration and professional training in cognitive-based and body-centered psychotherapy, expressive arts and mindfulness meditation. This background allows me to work from an integrative model of wellness that is inclusive of the "whole" person...body, mind and spirit.
