“I work with a variety of people who want to make changes in their lives. I help individuals who have depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, health concerns, low self-esteem, difficulties in thinking, and issues stemming from abuse. The majority of my practice is working with adults, however I do see some children and teens. I also work with couples and families. I believe that change comes through understanding how each individual's unique history unfolded and how it affects them in the present. Saying what you feel and think in a safe place will help you feel better.

I have worked with adults, families and children for almost 30 years. I have six years of advanced clinical training, post masters degree. I provide psychotherapy to people who have depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, history of sexual and physical abuse, relationship problems, health and sexual problems, and life changes.

All people have problems and should be able to seek help without feeling judged or labeled. I want to get to know each person, in their particular situation, and to help them explore their feelings and thoughts in a safe and supportive place.”
