Whatever you may be experiencing, we will sit together in a comfortable office and begin to unravel the issues you want to focus on, in a non-judgemental and gentle environment.

The specialties and issues I work on with clients in individual or couple therapy are listed below. I bring together years of education and training in different approaches to therapy. We may work with the approach of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Relational, Emotional Focused or a combination of them.

While it is important to know what credentials a therapist has, in the end it is about the right fit since the therapeutic relationship has to be built on trust and security. Together we can find solutions and methods to create lasting changes in your life.
