“I work with clients helping them to learn how to: move through stuck places or painful transitions in their lives; more effectively manage anxiety and depression; and work through remaining issues of recent or old trauma that interfere with their daily living.

I have specialized in helping clients work through issues related to trauma--recent and past--using a variety of alternative therapeutic modalities (EMDR, EFT) which have been extremely useful. I have been finding these resources also helpful in helping clients navigate through the awkwardness of life transitions.

I work with the client to identify what he/she wants different and what stands in the way of that happening. I am trained in a range of therapy approaches and bring many resources to the session to explore what is most helpful at a given time.”
