Kathryn Verner is a Licensed Psychotherapist, providing care for adults, couples, children and teens. She specializes in couples counseling, marriage & family therapy, parenting & relationship issues, adjustment to life transitions, anxiety and stress. Ms. Verner helps identify unwanted patterns of behavior and barriers to living a peaceful and fulfilling life. She offers practical tools and guidance to help people find ways to enhance quality of life, improve coping abilities, and experience a deeper connection with themselves and others.

She is the founder of Stillwater Institute, a non-profit educational organization offering counseling assistance.
