I am a registered psychologist providing assessment and treatment services to children, teens, adults, and families. My treatment approach is largely cognitive-behavioural, and I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, mood problems, stress, relationship difficulties, and child-behaviour management. The treatment that I provide is client-centred, meaning that I work each individual (and their families, when appropriate) to identify and work towards his or her own unique goals. Counselling is provided in a supportive, confidential and professional environment. Collaboration with other health care (or school) professionals is always possible.
I have been working in private practice since 2003, prior to which I held positions at McMaster Children's Hospital and the Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Burlington Psychological and Counselling Services (BPCS) is a clinical psychology practice that offers psychological assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
