“I believe that as we grow and evolve our connections with ourselves, others and the world around us become deeper and more fulfilling." However, when we are under stress, are in a relationship crisis, or feel anxious and depressed, our connections with our loved ones and ourselves is limited. We often find ourselves unable to communicate, and feel angry, unenergized and overwhelmed. I believe in order to relieve life's pressures, it is important to reconnect with yourself once again. Counseling is a process which provides trust and warmth, and an environment that allows for reconnection, change and growth to occur.

I am a solution-focused therapist and emphasize the "here and now." I may also focus on "past events" in therapy as it pertains to, and impacts present situations. I will listen actively, and give feedback accordingly. I specialize in working with couples, children, adolescents and adults.

I provide a comfortable, caring, culturally-sensitive, counseling environment. I bring over 17 years of clincial experience to my counseling practice, and a wealth of personal and professional insights, while continuing to broaden my perspectives daily of myself and the people around me.”
