In our view, the best person to help a man with the problems men have is another man. We have, after all, a common bond. And, since many of the issues men have involve relationships with women, it makes sense to address those issues with a male counsellor. No man escapes difficult times, but these challenges are really a summons to personal growth and transformation. Our goal is to help good men to help themselves. Keith Ashford is the author of Anger: A Message for Men (2011), and The True Man: Meditations on the Male Mosaic (2012).

We specialize in short-term counselling, typically four to five sessions. The process begins with an initial consultation so that we can get a sense of your situation and recommend an appropriate course of action. The cost of a one-hour consultation is $60. Appointments can usually be arranged within one week.

Clients are self-referred. This means that it is the responsibility of each individual to book his own initial consultation. Men are also required to take first-person responsibility for the payment of all fees. For more information, please visit www.menscounsellingservices.com.
