Are you looking for a safe and supportive place to work through some personal issues? I have experience in a variety of areas, although I am an expert in the areas of trauma and addiction. If you are an adult or a teen struggling with addiction, grief, relationship issues, change, self esteem, trauma, abuse or anger, I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship can be a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you are better able to remove obstacles in your life and grow. My view of therapy is that it is a collaboration. I strongly feel that people can grow, heal and transform.

I draw from a wide range of theories including Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, as well as creative and expressive tools that are catered to clients. I am located near New Orleans and Metairie. I am able to accomodate morning or evening appointments. I accept cash, checks and credit cards for convenient payment.
