Parenting, career decisions, and relationship struggles are certainly challenging, but I have helped many people work through these situations and come out feeling more empowered and confident in handling them.
My work has focused on adults, and relationship issues. I also provide clinical supervision for those working toward their license. I have helped people cope with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self -esteem, and trauma issues using a various techniques that are personalized to best match my clients' needs.
