Precipice of Change

I practice from a strengths based, solution focused, psychotherapy model and believe in empowering my clients to become their own agents of change. I believe in meeting the client where they are relative to their needs and desires and also feel it is important to be goal oriented in our work together. I specialize in time limited solution and crisis focused therapy ,hypnotherapy as well as in more indepth psychoanalytic therapy.I believe that we are all capable of lasting and positive mental, emotional and spirital change.

In addition to counseling, I am also trained as a certified clinical hypnotherapist and offer hypnotherapy for current and past trauma resolution.

In order to accommodate a variety of clients, I offer a variety of hours to include days, evenings and some weekends. I also provide a free phone consultation to clients so that we can both assess goodness of fit before beginning the therapy process.
