I have more than fifteen years of experience in providing individual, group marriage/couple, and family counseling. I work from a holistic approach that combines theology with psychology. My goal is to facilitate insight needed for emotional, psychological, and spiritual stability conducive to healthy living. Using a balance approach in therapy, I believe is essential to behavioral wellness. I also use a collaborated approach in therapy between the client and myself. Clients are encouraged and assisted in creating practical goals for desired outcomes.

I possess more than nine years of experience in providing substance abuse treatment and education. I have developed what I classify as "Eight Essentials to Recovery." The eight essentials are shared principles in both the Bible and Twelve-Step Program.

I have more than three years of experience in providing counseling skills, training, and education. Usually, counseling training is done within ministry setting, and focused on techniques and skills conducive to the ministry context. Thus, ministries are more equipped and proficient in serving within their community through their ministry context.
