Deciding to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, but the experience can transform your life. I believe we all have the capacity to change and to grow, and we deserve the opportunity to engage in constructive self-reflection. I am a licensed clinical social worker who offers therapeutic treatment of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and addiction as well as relationship and family conflicts. From a psychodynamic approach, I help my patients not only to focus on reducing symptoms but also to explore and heal the underlying issues of their presenting concerns.

When indicated, I can refer and facilitate additional treatment with qualified psychiatrists, nutritionists, and other mental health and medical experts. I am a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and received my bachelor's degree from UL-L and my master's degree from LSU.

I'm a member of the National Association of Social Workers and am certified as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed addiction counselor, and trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing and dialectical behavioral therapy.I specialize in the treatment of addictive disorders, interpersonal conflict, and family issues.
