Bringing 29 years experience helping people with a variety of problems we face in life, I have a special interest in helping those with depression learn how to manage it. I also like helping couples with the challenge of living intimately and bringing it's promises alive. And as an antidote to the common isolation of men, I have two men's groups. Liking rules of thumb better than recipes (although there are some good outlines), I like sayings: "It's simple but not easy." "It matters less the problems we solve, and matters more how we live the mystery."
