“Are you repeating the same old thoughts, feelings and behaviors in relationships? at work? with money? in other areas of your life? Have you suffered loss or trauma with debilitating consequences? Are you longing to live spontaneously, creatively, joyfully? Ready to devote deeper attention to your inner life to see its effects in the circumstances you encounter? Ready to relinquish habits you no longer need? Curious about the unconscious material fueling your old patterns? If you answered yes to any of these questions, let's start our partnership.

We'll get to the heart of the matter various ways: I offer talk therapy, body-centered practices like breathwork & movement, mindfulness practices like meditation & contemplation, & expressive practices like dreamworking & writing. These methods take us into "non-ordinary" states of consciousness where we encounter dimensions of ourselves often blocked from awareness by habits of personality. We'll see those particular habits clearly, what purpose they served originally, and if they are relevant currently. Healing & transformation unfold naturally in the present moment.

You may leave me a confidential telephone message any time at 512-419-1343. I'll return your call within 24 hours to schedule a free telephone screening. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, I'll answer your questions about therapeutic methods, then we'll set your first in-person appointment. I offer flexible scheduling: some weekdays between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. and some Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Initial assessments are 90 minutes; subsequent sessions can be your choice of 1 hour, 75 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours.”
