Ms. Kimberly K Giancaspro

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LCSW , MSW

(804) 277-9919
I am passionate about providing excellent care to my clients, who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns. Whether you live with depression or anxiety, I enjoy helping you develop and strengthen coping strategies so that you can enjoy life to its fullest. Many of my clients struggle with codependency or boundary issues. These clients often appreciate some guidance in learning to set more appropriate limits with others. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy working with families who are challenged with diagnoses of serious mental illness. My approach is collaborative, and the client is very involved in setting treatment goals.
My approach is supportive, pragmatic, non-judgmental, and solution focused. I assign homework, which may consist of written exercises, behavioral tasks, or reading. Please call at 804-423-1550 to arrange an appointment.
I enjoy working with people of all ages, and I believe it is a privilege to be part of your support system as you strive towards living a healthier and more enjoyable life.
