As a married professional with three children, I know what life is all about. With my support, you will learn to access your natural ablity to heal. I will give you a protective environment (a safe place to work on healing) where you receive full premission (to try new ways to think and feel) and potent strategies (supporting your ablilites to change).

I work with all ages. My youngest client is four and I have successfully treated children with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and severe trama; using playtherapy and other techniques. I also specialize in marriage/couples couseling and work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and/or severe trauma.

My youngest child nearly died two days after birth and after 11 years of surgeries, bone marrow transplants and life with a special child, I can say that I have lived a full life. I am committed to using that experience to help you.”
