“It takes courage to reach out for help. Whether you are an adult hoping to heal and move forward, or a parent looking for ways to help your child, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I use a holistic approach in addressing all factors impacting a person, including environmental stressors and trauma history, to bring about positive change. Emphasis is placed on connection between mind, body, and spirit, with awareness facilitating a healthy balance. I strive to help individuals and families who are ready to reach their full potential... emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and registered play therapist. I enjoy working with children, adults, and families in individual and family sessions. My experience includes foster care, adoption, shelter, school, and crisis center settings. I also supervise social work interns pursuing licensure and play therapists.

My training includes play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing-one of the most effective therapies for trauma), and solution focused brief therapy. I will be honored to help you, your child, or family transform the pain, emerge refreshed, and become free.”
