We offer an eight week seminar for parents of teens, facilitated by counselors with backgrounds in adolescent mental health, family, and drug/alcohol issues. The eight week curriculum includes topics on: communication, drug/alcohol use, mental health, resiliency, self-care, anger and relationships. This group provides support, education, resources, parenting skills, community and the motivation and inspiration to continue your job as parents of adolescents. Each group session is specifically tailored to each parent's needs while also following an eight week curriculum.
