I am passionate about supporting clients as they courageously face various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, childhood abuse, trauma, and relationships. My approach to therapy is firmly grounded in the belief that each and every person desires and deserves to be truly heard and I have seen the amazing progress that can be made when this takes place. I invest fully in my clients as they begin to look inside and ask the tough questions that will bring about personal and interpersonal growth.

I am trained in Marriage and Family Therapy and within this framework I have developed a special interest in helping clients understand and overcome anxiety. In particular, I am interested in perfectionism and social anxiety. I am also especially interested in sexual issues, such as abuse, relationship issues, and sexual orientation.

My office is in a comfortable and convenient location right off of the Yonge subway line. In addition, clients who come to see me can be sure that they will be treated with the dignity, respect and warmth that every person deserves. I look forward to meeting you!
