“My ideal client is any individual, couple, or family who would like to have safer connections with others and each other, as this provides a foundation for success in all areas of life. My belief is that if you feel safe and secure in relationships, this will have a positive impact on mental and physical illness (including chronic pain/illness), and spiritual well-being.

While completing my Bachelor of Nursing degree, I recognized my interest in the impact of physical illness on people's emotional and spiritual well-being, as well as on their relationships. This interest motivated me to pursue Marriage and Family Therapy.

Because of my background as a nurse and my belief about the importance of spirituality in life, I believe health and spirituality are important topics to address for the overall success of therapy.”
