“I offer guidance, support, insight, and hope for improving stress management, relationship difficulties, depression, and anxiety. Clients report feeling very comfortable and at ease within the first few minutes of meeting me. By the end of our first session, you will feel relief and have a clear idea of what I can offer in your healing path ahead. Issues may include balancing roles, grief and loss, parenting, dating or relationship concerns, career choices, or lifestyle changes. I feel very honored to be a part of the healing journey and am inspired by the strength and resilience of the human spirit.

I have a special passion for working with women and families in transition and persons who are searching for their authentic self or seeking the courage to live their truth. Various treatment goals can focus on emotional release, behavioral change, or mind body balance, depending on your unique treatment needs.

I bring a multicultural perspective to therapy. Having grown up in both Hawaii and the "mainland" continent, I believe that my personal experiences give me important insight about the issues unique to Asian and Pacific Islanders in Hawaii as well as those who are new to the cultures of the Hawaiian Islands.”
