Connection is a guiding principal in my life and in my work. In my practice I support individuals and couples facing a range of issues including sexuality and identity, relationships, pregnancy options and parenting, grief and loss, partners of trauma survivors, and children of holocaust survivors. I bring empathy and understanding as I work from an eclectic, client-centered and feminist perspective. I support my clients in their personal growth and self-awareness.
As a certified Brown Belt Nia teacher, teaching people of all ages, genders, body types and fitness levels, I also bring to my practice awareness of movement and breath. I value the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms.
I use my own experiences as well as personal strength, compassion, sensitivity humour and intuition to support clients on their journey. In my work and my life I strive for connection, learning, growth, and our ability to be our richest selves.
