My passion is helping others gain insight and empowerment for living. I partner with you to discover and process issues that are important to your life and functioning. My goal is to assist you in growing both personally and professionally. I am experienced working with multiple issues including stress related to life-cycle transitions, marriage and family, work-place challenges as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, and many other diagnosed emotional health related issues.
I am able to provide therapy within the Christian context for an individual who finds faith/spirituality central to his/her life-style. I utilize a holistic(whole-person) approach to therapy. I strive to provide therapy services that consider the unique challenges of diverse cultures and address the identified needs within the communities.
I also provide additional guidance and service within the community by partnering with other faith-based organizations through Life Strategies Community Programming. This division of the company provides services to individuals who are insured by SoonerCare and those who qualify for sliding fee services. Please call for more information.

In this group we do not focus on "anger" as much as we do the source and primary emotions that fuel angry responses and/or behaviors. We work to help you identify and process core thoughts, beliefs and feelings that foster and feed emotional explosions. Then we help you learn new ways of managing your thoughts and understanding your feelings so that you can successfully change your responses and behaviors.
