Life is a journey where challenges and transitions are inevitable. There are times when you are able to handle stressors without difficulty. Then there may be other times when you realize that the challenges in your life are too overwhelming and difficult to manage. You always have the capacity to live life to its fullest potential. My goal is to help you uncover your authentic self and start living the life you deserve. I encourage my clients to draw on their strenghts and talents, as well as to develop intuitiveness, support, daily structure and coping skills.
My practice is geared toward helping individuals address life stressors. I have extensive experience in working with women, men and adolescents who have struggled with disordered eating. I also have a special interest in providing guidance and support to those who are going through divorce and custody issues.
Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to uncover your personal truth, give voice to your inner wisdom and to build your confidence. Dependent on your situation we can determine if you would benefit from life coaching or insight oriented therapy.
