Ms. LeAnn Marie Brakke

Specializing in working with clients that want to improve your relationships, increase your coping skills, and have a greater sense of well-being. I work with individuals, couples, and conduct interactive small-group training classes. My special interest in women's life development issues brings years of expertise in areas such as: body self-image, disordered eating, low self-esteem, the stress of balancing work and family, knowing how to evaluate healthy relationship dynamics, developing oneself to succeed in the workplace, and be in control of one's own life.

My therapy is directive, goal-oriented, and problem-solving focused. Together we develop a step by step plan and set specific goals so you can better manage your life, be in control of your life and accomplish the life you want.

People want to feel good about oneself, know how to handle difficult situations, and to have it all...work, home, family, success. When you are discouraged and overwhelmed, rather than "doing it the same old way", I encourage you to learn new steps to obtain a different outcome.
