I work with adults, couples and teens facing a variety of issues: low self esteem, relationship challenges (infidelity, intimacy, fighting and communication), phobias, divorce, depression, addictions, grief and anxiety. I have experience in teaching parenting and step parenting skills, domestic violence, adoption, anger management and life transitions.

I am a marriage and family therapy intern and a certified alcohol and drug counselor intern. I also work with clients dealing with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes.”
