“DON'T GIVE UP!!! QUALITY,COMPASSIONATE THERAPY AT RECESSION BUSTING RATES. FREE 15 MINUTE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION. I believe there is hope for difficult and seemingly insurmountable challenges. I've been counseling for 10 years, providing optimisitic, caring, non-judgmental support as well as practical/hands on assistance. Let's work together to address your life challenges and remove barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals and dreams. Free 15 minute telephone consultation.

I work with adults, couples and teens facing a variety of issues: low self esteem, relationship challenges (infidelity, intimacy, fighting and communication), phobias, divorce, depression, addictions, grief and anxiety. I have experience in teaching parenting and step parenting skills, domestic violence, adoption, anger management and life transitions.
