My treatment approach provides support and practical feedback to help adults and adolescents resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. As a solution-focused therapist, I blend conventional and alternative approaches. Treating a diverse clientele, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I help my clients build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

Helping my clients recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, depression and anxiety is an important specialty of my work with EMDR. When working with couples, I use Imago Relationship Therapy as a foundation for counseling and coaching. I teach couples the Imago conflict resolution dialogue.
