Your needs, concerns, wants and desires are unlike any other person. I lean heavily on the "systemic approach" to therapy. This approach enables me to understand "you" in the context of your relationships, both past and present. You are not an island. You affect others and they affect you. My compassionate approach enables me to come alonside you and help you identify your strengths and pull from them to move towards a healthier "you".

I assist people with marital problems, women's issues, depression, anxiety, life cycle changes, low self worth and sexual abuse. I have completed advanced training in couple therapy at the Gottman Institute in Seattle, Washington. I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

I find great pleasure in helping my clients enjoy a quality life experience, both within themselves and in their relationships. Many find my compassionate, non-judgmental and inquisitive approach helps ease the challenge of confronting their personal issues.
