Ms. Linda Attoe

Short and long-term psychotherapy is offered for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties or other life struggles.

My training at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis adds richness to the Psychotherapy, whether it is on a short or long-term basis. As well, my interest in Mindfulness, background in Nursing and Midwifery, and work in Family Therapy inform my professional work.

Parent-child dyads of children ages 1.5 to 5 years are of particular interest and I also enjoy working with performing artists, mainly theatre actors.
