I draw from a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities and especially love to use psychodrama as a way to help my clients express and/or contain their feelings, explore behaviors that aren't working for them, and examine the beliefs and values that are under how they interpret and communicate their reality.
I am a board certified psychodramatist and psychodrama trainer. I have spent many years working with adolescents and their parents as well as couples and persons effected by the misuse of alcohol and drugs. I also believe that spirituality is an important aspect of healing and wholeness.
