“You may be struggling with strong emotions or wondering when your life will ever get back to normal. Or maybe you are at a crossroads in your life and needing to make a major decision. I will provide a safe place for you to share your story when you are dealing with difficult situations and feelings in your relationships or making important decisions about your life.

I draw from several theoretical bases, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. You will leave therapy sessions with new actions to try out between appointments. My experience includes eight years as a therapist at Catholic Charities in Lawrence and counseling in school settings, foster care and family preservation.

I have a gentle, laid-back style to my practice. I am dedicated to helping you in the way that you wish to be helped. I will listen to your story and then we will come up with plans to change what you want to have different in your life.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
