I can teach you how to reconnect with your partner and recover the relationship you long for. You can learn how to honor each other's needs while reclaiming your ability to be honest and vulnerable. I am actively involved in the therapy process, being nurturing and supportive as well as providing skills and guidance as a coach. Parents can learn the "Active Parenting" approach of discipline alternatives to raise responsible, cooperative children. You will learn strategies to talk with your children about difficult topics and everyday frustrations in a mutually respectful manner.

You will learn how to create partnerships based on your own uniqueness. Specific methods and tools are provided to address communication needs. You will learn how to communicate your needs and honor your partner's needs.

I am a trained EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Specialist. I use the work of Terry Real, LCSW, who wrote several world reknowned books, including, "I Don't Want To Talk About It"; "How Do I Get Through To You?" and "The New Rules of Marriage" for relationship work.
