“As a marriage & family therapist and registered dietitian, I bring the unique perspective of each discipline and more than 30 years of professional experience to my work with clients. My therapy is respectful of clients' own strengths and wealth of knowledge, supporting them in exploring solutions to problems and creating lives that are meaningful and happy. I am experienced in working with a wide variety of clients, in-patient and out-patient, dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, mental illness, aging, and more.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, including children and adolescents, to resolve problems and create more satisfying lives. I work with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, past or present trauma, parenting/step-parenting difficulty, challenging adjustments, grief/loss, disordered eating, divorce, GLBT issues, infertility, adoption issues, addictions (drug/alcohol, sex, pornography).

To accommodate clients' specific needs, I offer therapy in my office, in clients' homes, or by telephone. I will see individual clients, relationship partners individually or together, parents with or without their children/step-children, and will create groups for clients with specific needs (self-esteem, anger, adoptive parents, birth parents, etc.)”
