With systematic,and cognitive-behavior style, I emphasize "learning to be better", believing Happiness comes from learning new skill and new vision. Combining east and west wisdom, I am able to help client from different perspectives. My training in hypnotherapy give me more "tools" in my "helping tool box" for clients.

With a mixed background of a trained medical doctor in western medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine, I was able to treat client with a holistic perspectives for life. Understanding the essence of Chinese culture and philosophy, I would provide Chinese speaking client a cultural competent insight about their problems.
