I have been working with adolescents since I was an adolescent myself. I treat adolescents with depression, anxiety, anger, self - injurious behaviors, suicidal and homicidal thoughts, relationship and family issues. I also work with young adults struggling with transitioning into adulthood and relationship issues.
I have been running groups for over 7 years now and find group therapy to be very beneficial for adolescents and young adults. I also love working in the school environment. Participated in Woman's Mentor Day and Career Day in high schools.
