My practice has an emphasis in severe anxiety and mood disorders, related to medical conditions (cardiac, asthma, oncology, medical procedures, insomnia, med compliance, etc.). I also see many victims after surviving a crime. Finally, I assist clients to more effectively cope with their significant other diagnosed with a serious mental illness.

I have also been a registerd nurse for well over 20 years which allows me to have a tremendous appreciation of mind-body integration also known as the interface between psychology and medicine. I also commonly collaborate with primary care physicians to develop the best treatment plan for clients.”
