I will assist and guide you through a process of self-discovery, acceptance, healing and change.

As a client-centered therapist, I believe you should be in charge of your treatment goals. Everyone can make strides in healing and accomplishing goals by reclaiming their natural healing process, which focuses on expressing/venting emotions in order to clear out old hurts, feel better and think more clearly.

Another specialty is coaching singles who feel frustrated, stuck, isolated and/or discouraged about dating. I can help you move towards finding your life partner through a combination of counseling and coaching techniques. I can help you work towards getting the life you want.”
