I believe that through an authentic and safe therapeutic relationship hope can be restored, healing can occur, and change can happen. I am committed to providing high quality professional care in a safe, confidential, and respectful environment where new ways of relating and being in the world can be explored and experienced. This experience can lead to a person living a happier more fulfilling life.

One of my passions is working with couples, whether it be those who are on on the brink of divorce/separation or those who are looking to enhance their relationship. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families.

I have been trained in EMDR, which can be used to treat trauma and self-defeating thoughts.”
