Whatever your reason for seeking a therapist, I am here to work with you toward your resolution. I believe that through an authentic and safe therapeutic relationship hope can be restored, healing can occur, and change can happen. I am committed to providing high quality professional care in a safe, confidential, and respectful environment where new ways of relating and being in the world can be explored and experienced.

One of my specialties is working with couples, whether it be those who are on the brink of divorce/separation or those who are looking to enhance their relationship. I am trained to treat individuals suffering from trauma and have difficulties regulating their emotions.

I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is used to treat trauma and self-defeating thoughts. I am actively learning and using skills work from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. DBT is a treatment that teaches skills that improve emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and relationship effectiveness.
