Difficulties in life, environmental influences and other predisposing factors can contribute to unhealthy emotional states. They can leave us feeling depressed, overwhelmed, helpless and struggling to find positive solutions. Mental health concerns for individuals continue to be prevalent in our country and can affect anyone regardless of sex, race or age. Fortunately, with treatment a majority of people can make significant improvement.

As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor, I practice therapy that focuses on the emotional wellness of individuals, couples and families. I work with my clients with an empathetic and supportive approach, with acceptance and constructive feedback that taps into the potential of the client's personal strenghts and values.

My focus has been working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disease, grief and other mental health concerns with a therapeutic focus on empowerment, restructuring destructive thought and behavior patterns,and overall emotional wellness.
