Ms. Lisa Yater

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LCSW

(432) 692-4229
You are looking for a good therapist, so what would it be like to work with me? You would receive a warm welcome and clear orientation to my services. You would receive the benefit of 20+ years of my work with clients like you. You would receive a professional who listens, understands, and respects the difficulties you are experiencing. You will receive observations, support, and challenge to boost your work towards your goals. Sometimes you will receive gentle confrontations about areas that need new perspectives. You will receive my keen attention each session and cheering on of changes you accomplish.
I work in a healthcare setting and see clients from the community and through the physicians' referrals in this clinic. You are warmly welcomed to see me here (Coleman Clinic). Your first appointment will involve signing up as a clinic patient so that my services will be open to you.
I welcome a wide variety of issues that prompt adults to utilize therapy: transitions in life, struggles with relationships, dissatisfaction with career direction. But I am uniquely experienced with people who have medical illness, chronic pain, and issues within the family when illness and aging are unexpectedly hard.
