“My focus in counseling is on thinking, errors. Irrational thinking is the main cause of most behavioral errors, so I teach RET, Rational Emotive Therapy, which includes "Stinkin' Thinkin'", irrational beliefs and thinking, and thought replacement. I have my clients make lists of beautiful things and put into slide presentations in their minds to replace the irrational beliefs and thoughts in their minds.

When you don't have beautiful thoughts ready, it's much like taking your hand out of a bucket of water, the hole it leaves isn't noticible. Thus the term THOUGHT REPLACEMENT. Now see, you just got your first lesson FREE.
