My experience includes working with many life challenges including: relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, loss and grief, depression, physical illness, anxiety, and general unhappiness with life.
I am a Certified Integral Psychotherapist. Integral Psychotherapy honours the "wisdom of the body". It is a client centered therapy that integrates several theraputic methods, such as: redecision therapy, bioenergetic analysis, transactional analysis, gestalt therapy, neo-reichian body therapy,and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

NEW GROUP COMMENCES Mar 2012 The Lifescript Workshop is a 10 weekly session group that will expand your self- understanding. What is a Lifescript? A Lifescript is an unconscious life plan, which has its roots in childhood. A life plan has a powerful influence on our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This group offer you knowledge and insight in understanding your personal lifescript. You will also learn actions that will break your self-defeating patterns. The workshop format includes components of teaching, experiential exercises and group process.
