I view psychotherapy as a partnership. We will work together to assess your strengths, determine challenges, and set goals. I believe in providing therapy that focuses on the whole person: emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We will first examine your coping skills and begin problem-solving so that you experience some relief. Further self-exploration and emotional healing promotes longer term changes that build self-confidence, improve relationships, and enhance your quality of life.

As a clinical psychologist I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grieving, relationship, parenting, and care-giver issues. I have over 25 years of counseling and specialize in women's issues, including prenatal and postpartum depression, and hormone-mood imbalances. I am sensitive to diversity in culture, religious beliefs, GLBT.

I am now located at 3729 West 32nd Ave in the historic Denver Highlands neighborhood.
