I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Arizona, with over 15 years of related behavioral health experience. I am the founder of La Salida Del Sol PLLC / Sunrise Professional Counseling & Consultation which provides counseling services to a diverse population. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, conditions such as anxiety and depression, PTSD, and personality disorders. I am also skilled in treating relationship issues, life transitions, addictions, career/educational issues and encouraging emotional health and wellness. Individual, couples and group therapy are provided. Flexible scheduling options are available and include daytime, evening and weekend appointments.

Treatment preferences include cognitive behavioral therapy, specialty training in dialectical behavioral therapy, and the trauma resiliency model. Populations served include adults, couples, elderly, disabled, military/veterans.
