As a professionally trained and licensed therapist, my practice focuses on guiding clients to live a more authentic and fulfilling life by developing new skills that help improve current and future relationships. I work with children, adolescents and adults as individuals, couples, or families. I provide counseling for a wide range of issues including, but not limited to parent-child conflicts, ADHD, work/school problems, marital problems, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, abuse, trauma & other life issues. All therapy is strictly confidential and I adhere to the highest ethical standards.
