Forming and maintaining happy, healthy relationships is a challenge, as our interpersonal relationships can be adversely influenced by stressors that seem to conspire against our greatest efforts to live well-adjusted lives. Lack of insight into our psychology can lead to a variety of malaises including depression, anxiety, sleep problems, and substance abuse. I work extensively with adults, children, teens, couples, and families, focusing on maladaptive patterns of behavior that prevent them from making satisfying life choices. Using a unique blend of professional skills, I can assist clients discover barriers to their happiness, and help them more fully understand themselves.

As a doctoral level trained psychologist, I specialize in emotional, behavioral, and academic issues affecting children, adolescents, and adults. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in couple's and family problems, including step and blended families. Additionally, I work with adults seeking individual therapy.

If you need psychological evaluation, I have extensive experience in the assessment of child and adult ADHD and college age or college enrolled adult learning disabilities. All combined, my comprehensive training along with 20+ years of professional experience provides unique insight and assistance to all clients in both office locations.
