“I have been through several life transitions and have had to deal with my own chronic disease and aging. I work with adolescents, young adults, middle age people and older people. I also work with clients who have significant emotional neglect in early childhood, like people who were raised in the midst of addictions or mental or physical illness. I work with 12-Step people, often in recovery for several years, who find that they have issues that require more serious work than they can do with a sponsor.

I especially like working with dreams and find them very helpful, though not all my clients use this modality. My orientation is in the psychology of C. G. Jung, though I also use behavioral and cognitive treatments.”
